Humble beginnings

Respect your body and recognize the tremendous healing power of your mind and body.

With Jin Shin Jyutsu, I personally found something that helped me through this difficult time. Something I could let go with at the same time and refuel. Something that relaxes the mind and makes way for clear thoughts.
Something that gives new strength and lets you find the red thread despite chaos.

There is no day when I am not in any form of self-flow, if only for a short time, that time is always there, because you can easily put it into everyday life. I do not want to miss this soothing and supportive effect that has an impact on all sorts of areas in my life, and I am deeply grateful to be able to pass these experiences on to other people.

Together with my husband I also have a small vacation rental agency for over 10 years. This also allows me to offer holiday packages and treatments as well as self-help classes in different and all special ways.

for Whom is Jin Shin Jyutsu suitable?

Jin Shin Jyutsu is basically suitable for people of all ages, as each stage of life has special themes and challenges. From the baby to the mature people.

Since the effects and applications are extremely diverse, I choose the treatment and the instructions for self-flow individually on the individual. Or I work in small groups in which I then focus on the main topic and or specific applications for the respective target group.
